When you order or sign in, we collect: name, email, phone, shipping address, billing address, order history, and payment metadata (we do not store full card numbers — payment is handled by Ziina under PCI-DSS standards).

HOW WE USE IT

Your data is used solely to fulfil orders, process payments, communicate shipping updates, respond to support requests, and improve product offerings. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing.

PROCESSORS WE USE

Shopify (order infrastructure, hosted in compliance with global privacy standards), Ziina (UAE-licensed payment processor), courier partner (last-mile delivery), Google Analytics (anonymised traffic data).

YOUR RIGHTS

You may request a copy of your stored data, ask for corrections, or request deletion at any time. Email aurealuxedxb@gmail.com with your full name and order details.

COOKIES

We use essential cookies to keep your cart, session, and login active. We do not use third-party advertising cookies without consent.

DATA RETENTION

Order and customer records are retained for 5 years to meet UAE accounting and tax requirements. After that, records are anonymised or deleted.
