By placing an order with Aurea Luxe, you agree to the following terms.

AUTHENTICITY GUARANTEE

Every bottle sold at Aurea Luxe is sourced from authorised suppliers, sealed, and verified prior to dispatch. If you have any concern about authenticity, contact us with the unopened item — verified counterfeits are refunded in full.

FINAL SALE POLICY

All sales are final once the seal is broken. Sealed items may be returned within 7 days under our Refund Policy. Refer to the Refund Policy for details.

AGE REQUIREMENT

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to purchase from Aurea Luxe.

PRICING & STOCK

Prices are listed in UAE Dirham (AED) and may change without notice. In rare cases of a pricing error or stock-out, we will contact you to confirm the corrected price or cancel and refund the order.

PAYMENT

Payments are processed by Ziina (card) or collected on delivery (Cash on Delivery). All card information is handled directly by Ziina under PCI-DSS standards; Aurea Luxe never stores full card numbers.

SHIPPING

Delivery is governed by the Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates; we are not liable for courier delays beyond our control.

LIABILITY

Aurea Luxe's liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. We are not responsible for allergic reactions, personal sensitivity to fragrance ingredients, or misuse of the product. Each customer is responsible for checking ingredient compatibility before use.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All brand names, logos, and packaging shown on this store are property of their respective brand owners. Aurea Luxe is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with the brand houses unless explicitly stated.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of the Emirate of Dubai.
