Aurea Luxe — Refund & Return Policy

All purchases at Aurea Luxe are sealed, authenticated, and dispatched in original boutique condition.

7-DAY SEALED RETURN

Returns are accepted only if the bottle is sealed, unused, and unopened, and the return is initiated within 7 days of delivery. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the sealed item is received and verified.

NO RETURN ONCE OPENED

Once the manufacturer seal, plastic wrapping, or cellophane is broken, the product is considered used. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for opened bottles under any circumstance.

WRONG ITEM SHIPPED

If we ship the wrong product due to our error, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with order number and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at our cost.

DAMAGE IN TRANSIT

All parcels are packaged securely and shipped via insured courier. Transit damage is handled through the courier's insurance claim, initiated by the customer with our support.

HOW TO REQUEST

Email aurealuxedxb@gmail.com or DM @aureadxb on Instagram with order number, product name, and reason. Returns shipped without prior approval are refused at the door.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to this policy. This policy aligns with the UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020).
