Aurea Luxe — Shipping Policy

Aurea Luxe ships nationwide across the United Arab Emirates. Every parcel is sealed, authenticated, and tracked from our Dubai vault to your door.

DELIVERY OPTIONS

Standard Delivery (48-72 hours) — Free across the UAE
Express Delivery (24 Hours) — 25 AED, anywhere in the UAE

DELIVERY ZONES

We deliver to all seven Emirates — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain. Orders are dispatched same day if placed before 4:00 PM GST.

PAYMENT METHODS

Card (Visa, Mastercard, UAE Visa Credit) — secured via Ziina
Cash on Delivery — pay the courier in AED at the door

TRACKING

A tracking link is sent by SMS and email once your order is dispatched. The courier will call before arrival.

FAILED DELIVERY

If the courier cannot reach you after two attempts, the parcel returns to our vault. Reshipment fees may apply. Cash on Delivery orders refused at the door are not eligible for replacement.

INTERNATIONAL

We currently ship only within the UAE.
